HHZ and THZ explained simply

What do the abbreviations stand for, how do the two ranges differ – and what should you look out for when buying?

HHZ and THZ are two terms you'll come across all the time in the hemp range – but they are rarely explained. The basic idea is quick to understand: they are different cannabinoid profiles that are applied to hemp flowers or used in vapes. The base material is the same in both cases: cleanly dried, single-strain hemp flower.

The difference in character

HHZ is considered the more balanced, calmer profile, which is why many people start with it. THZ is described as clearer and more present. There is no way to predict which profile suits you – so we recommend starting with the smallest amount and assessing the effect calmly.

Flower or vape?

Flowers and pre-rolls unfold differently from vapes: with vapes, you can dose more precisely, but the effect kicks in faster. If you are switching for the first time, don't carry over your usual amount one to one.

What to look out for when buying

Look for clear information on strain and batch, airtight packaging, and a shop that answers your questions instead of just selling.
