Payment methods

You can always see which payment methods are currently available at checkout. At the moment we offer:

• Bank transfer (prepayment) – right after ordering you receive our bank details, on the page and by email. We ship once your payment has arrived.
• PayPal – you are redirected to PayPal and pay there, also by direct debit or credit card via PayPal. The payment reaches us immediately, so we ship without waiting.

Delivery time

Once your payment has arrived, we usually ship your order within 1–4 working days. For bank transfer (prepayment), the delivery time starts on the day after you instruct your bank to make the payment. Delivery is discreet and in neutral packaging – within Germany only.

Age check on delivery

Our products are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We send every parcel with DHL and its visual age check (18+): the courier hands it over only to you or another adult in your household – on presentation of an ID. It will not be left with neighbours. If you're not at home, the parcel is taken to the post office branch; only you can collect it there, again with ID. Delivery to Packstations is not possible. The age check is included in the shipping costs.
